SR Lab Services was founded by Shakia Robinson, a healthcare professional passionate about community care and empowerment. As a Black woman-owned business, we are proud to create a comfortable, welcoming space where individuals can receive the testing services they need without judgment or stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?

All clients must bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include:

  • Driver’s License

  • Passport

  • State I.D. Card

  • Military I.D.

  • Employee I.D. with a photo
    (For legal testing, additional documentation may be required. Please ask when scheduling if you’re unsure.)

Q: How long does it take to get my DNA results?

A: Results for both DNA and drug testing are typically available within 2–5 business days, depending on the type of service performed.

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?

A: Yes, appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made after the 24-hour window will be considered a late cancellation, and the appointment will be canceled.

Q: Are my test results confidential?

A: Absolutely. All DNA and drug testing services are conducted with strict confidentiality. Your personal information and results are fully protected and handled securely.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Walk-ins are accepted when availability allows; however, we strongly recommend booking your appointment in advance to guarantee service and minimize wait times.

Q: Do you offer mobile testing services?

A: Yes! We provide mobile DNA and drug testing services depending on your location and distance. A travel fee of $1.20 per mile applies. Please contact us to confirm availability for mobile visits.

Our Policies

  • Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and must rebook for a later time.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any requests made after the 24-hour window will result in cancellation.

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
