Service Description
SR Lab Services provides professional ink fingerprinting using the FD-258 fingerprint card. Ink fingerprinting is commonly required for background checks, employment, licensing, immigration, and other official purposes. FD-258 fingerprint cards may be used for: -FBI background checks -Out-of-state licensing -Employment requirements -Immigration purposes -Personal record checks
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and must rebook for a later time. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any requests made after the 24-hour window will result in cancellation. Mobile Testing Availability: The owner or certified collector may offer mobile testing services depending on your distance and availability. Please inquire directly to confirm if mobile testing can be arranged. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
