Service Description
This drug test is conducted for companies that fall under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), Federal Transit Authority (FTA), Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). It includes a five-panel drug screen, testing for: Cocaine PCP THC (Marijuana) Amphetamines and Methamphetamines Opiates
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and must rebook for a later time. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any requests made after the 24-hour window will result in cancellation. Mobile Testing Availability: The owner or certified collector may offer mobile testing services depending on your distance and availability. Please inquire directly to confirm if mobile testing can be arranged. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
